Employee produces work that meets or exceeds the companies requirements;

  1. Personally seeks to add value in every work assignment.
  2. Plans own work activities in advance to insure that all assignments are completed in a timely and quality manner.
  3. Uses established systems to organize and efficiently keep track of information, data, time, and resources.
  4. Produces results or provides service that meets or exceeds University standards.
  5. Shows concern for quality, accuracy, and completeness of work activities.
  6. Notices opportunities to improve quality and takes action to do so.
